3. Vertical Filter System

 

3.1 Working Principle

 

Vertical filter system is a new filtering process that has changed the traditional filter material and traditional flushing procedures. It mainly includes: vertical filter device; backwashing device; mobile driving device; sludge discharge device. The filter plate is composed of a special fiber filter cloth and a filter cloth support. After mobile linear suction and washing, the filter plate can be reused immediately, without storing flushing water.

 

3.2 Technical Advantages

 

(1) By using special filter fiber materials with directional and orderly arrangement, so as to achieve reverse particle filtration and good filtration effect.

 

(2) Double-sided filtration makes full use of space, expands the filtration area by 8 to 10 times, and greatly reduces the floor space.

 

(3) Realize valveless filtration, and make the control of the filter tank more simplified.

 

(4) The height of the filter tank is greatly reduced, reducing the cost of the filter tank, and is more coordinated with the elevation of the front structure, avoiding secondary lifting.

 

3.3 Applicable Industries

 

Applied to sedimentation, clarification, filtration after flotation process: deep treatment and reuse of municipal sewage, deep treatment and reuse of industrial wastewater, village sewage treatment, raw water pretreatment, surface water purification, membrane process pretreatment, circulating cooling water treatment.

 

4. Ultra-high Pressure Elastic Press

 

4.1 Working Principle

 

The entire process of the elastic press is mainly divided into four processes: feeding → elastic pressing → filtrate discharging → slag discharging.

 

(1) Feeding: the material will be transported by the feed pump to the filter chamber.

 

(2) Elastic pressing: one end of the equipment is fixed, and the other end is subjected to external pressure through a hydraulic cylinder. The material will be squeezed by compressing the filter chamber space through the elastic force transmission device.

 

(3) Filtrate discharging: move the liquid tray to discharge the filtrate..

 

(4) Slag discharging: the automatic plate pulling mechanism takes and pulls the plate by driving and pulling the transmission chain. The filter cake will fall off automatically and be transported away by the transport equipment.

 

4.2 Technical Advantages

 

(1) Large compression ratio: the spring compression stroke of this equipment is large, and its compression ratio is greater than that of the diaphragm filter press. Therefore, the secondary pressing pressure is large, which reduces the feed filtration load and shortens the working cycle.

 

(2) Large effective filtration area: the pressing method of this equipment is parallel extrusion, without dead angles, while the diaphragm filter press is semi-circular extrusion, with uneven force and convex points, which occupies the effective filtration area.

 

(3) High secondary pressing pressure: the pressure of this equipment comes directly from the hydraulic cylinder, which is direct pressing, and the pressing pressure is up to 5-7MPa.

 

(4) High working efficiency: the single batch working cycle of this equipment is 1.0-1.5h, and the working efficiency is 3-4 times that of the diaphragm filter press.

 

(5) Few auxiliary equipment: this equipment only uses one hydraulic system and does not require external boosting equipment. While the diaphragm filter press must be equipped with water tank, air compressor, squeezing water pump, air compressor, gas storage tank and other squeezing auxiliary facilities.

 

(6) Long service life of filter plate: the filter plate of this equipment is made of steel, which is not easily damaged. The filter plate has a long service life, up to 5-8 years, reducing the cost of filter plate replacement.

 

4.3 Applicable Industries

 

Industries such as municipal environmental protection, river dredging, food and beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical, petrochemical, printing and dyeing, papermaking, etc.
