Precautions for maintenance of horizontal decanter centrifuge:

2. Clean the return pipe of supernatant regularly, clean the screw pump of mud inlet regularly, clean the automatic dosing device of flocculant regularly, and conduct regular inspection and maintenance.

3. When the machine stopped, the water flushing of the drum should be strengthened.

4. Strict management and careful operation in the production operation can reduce the solid content of supernatant solution, which is of great significance to reduce the wear of  the machine.

5. The cleaning cycle of the supernatant return pipe is generally between 50-100 hours, depending on the solid content of the supernatant during the operation of the centrifuge.

6. It is easy to block the sludge screw pump during the production operation. So it must be cleaned regularly to avoid the shutdown caused by the blockage of the sludge screw pump when the centrifuge is running. The cleaning cycle is generally between 50-100 hours.

7. During the idle period, it is necessary to regularly clean up the agglomeration and deposition caused by PAM in the automatic flocculant dosing device, so as to keep the equipment in good working condition.
